Two pawns start on opposite sides of a nine-by-nine board. The first to reach the other side wins.

On your turn, either move your pawn one space or place one of your ten walls.
Walls block movement but can never seal an opponent off completely — there is always at least one open path to the goal.
If you end up face to face with the other pawn, you can jump over it.

Can I play against another person?
Yes. Two-player mode shares a single device, taking turns.

Is there online multiplayer?
Not yet. It's the feature I'm most often asked about and it's on the roadmap.

Does the game work offline?
Yes, entirely. Palisade never needs a network connection.

Are there ads or purchases?
No. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, and no accounts.
